The Victrix IT team commissioned the Aurora telehealthcare platform at Aidcall247 in Cape Town South Africa, with all the engineers working from home in Madrid.
The project involved migrating the data from an obsolete UK platform supplier, to a Victrix cloud deployment. The team configured the digital telephone lines to the cloud database, training was delivered remotely, and the service went live in July.
The customer is delighted to be able to use both new digital as well as traditional analogue units in a single platform. Workstations are created by simple internet access, particularly important for providing a safe and flexible remote working environment.
Voice recording and cloud backup come as standard features.
